Department of Civil Engineering Felicitates Proud Alumnus for Outstanding Achievement
The Department of Civil Engineering proudly felicitated its distinguished alumnus Mr. Vikas Uttamrao Thombare for his remarkable achievement of successfully clearing all stages of the SSC (Technical) Entry of the Indian Army, securing an outstanding All India Rank – 18.
Mr. Thombare will soon be commissioned as a Lieutenant (Technical Officer) in the Indian Army, marking a proud moment for the institution and the entire Civil Engineering fraternity. His dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence have brought great pride to the department and serve as a strong inspiration for current students.
On this occasion, the felicitation was conducted by Deputy Director Dr. Rahul Mapari, along with faculty members of the Department of Civil Engineering. The department appreciated Mr. Thombare’s achievement and extended heartfelt congratulations to him and his family.
The Civil Engineering Department wishes him great success in his future endeavors and a distinguished career in serving the nation.
